I advise business owners through their entire business cycle from business launch to business exit. I have worked and advised on numerous business sales, acquisitions, mergers and management buyouts, providing business advisory and due diligence services.
I have specialist expertise producing financial business plans for raising capital and seeking debt financing. I currently work mostly with SMEs as I enjoy working with business owners with big ambitions.

Having owned and run businesses for over 30 years, I feel well placed to understand the process from a business owner’s perspective. I am one of the directors at the Business Board and part of a team, to help current business owners maximise their opportunities when selling their business.
We operate discretely, maintaining clients’ anonymity, but our continual marketing, communication, and network make us different and get results. We set up our Finance brokerage, after witnessing some clients receiving some unnecessarily exorbitant charges with few options and in fairness, I have been on the receiving end of these when I have bought businesses.
